Printing

Fabrico offers a broad range of printing capabilities, from basic one-color applications to intricate, multi-color designs. State-of-the-art servo driven equipment, such as the Aquaflex ELS 2200 13” press, enables multi-step manufacturing with other custom fabrication capabilities such as laminating, rotary die cutting, or sheeting. Combining processes optimizes efficiency and minimizes production costs.

Fabrico offers printing on flexible materials, including laminates, tapes, foams, and custom pressure-sensitive labels. Thicknesses range from 0.001” – 0.015” and widths up to 13”. Materials can be printed on both sides with water-based or UV-cured ink.

Labels. Fabrico offers a broad range of printing capabilities for industrial, specialty, UL, and pressure-sensitive labels for OEM products. Materials include both pressure-sensitive and non-pressure-sensitive varieties, with applications ranging from tamper-evident labels for the medical market to high durability labels for harsh environments. ISO-9001:2008 processes ensure high quality of output. Fabrico recently developed a Custom Label Printing Request Form to allow customers to generate printing quotes online. Metal Nameplate. Fabrico delivers nameplates with superior quality, durability, longevity, and appearance. Surface imaging is achieved by digital printing, screen printing, or photolithography. Excellent graphic resolution is achieved on any metallic substrate with material thicknesses ranging from 0.003” to 0.125”. With exceptional resistance to sunlight, heat, abrasion, and chemicals, these nameplates meet various Federal and Military/Aerospace specifications.

Membrane Switches. Fabrico creates a variety of membrane switches suitable for standard and harsh environments. Fabrico’s expertise in precision die-cutting, printing, assembly, and testing processes ensures quality and performance. Our experienced design team is ready to work with you to custom convert membrane switches that will meet your unique requirements.

Specialized Embossing. Fabrico supports specialized embossing, hot or cold foil stamping, or mirror imaging. Finishing options include roll-to-roll label rewinding, fan folding, and sheeting.
