Fabrico provides design and manufacturing services for flexible materials for a large number of diverse markets, including appliance, architecture/construction, cosmetic, marine, recreational vehicles and modular homes, HVAC, and point-of-purchase display manufacturers. Applications addressed include insulation, masking, vibration damping, adhesive attachment, and assembly.

Appliances. Fabrico is a core supplier of electrical insulation and vibration dampening products to the appliance manufacturing industry. Fabrico’s in-house engineering team works closely with appliance manufacturers to bring new materials and products to the consumer market.

Architecture/Construction. Fabrico offers a number of high strength structural adhesives from 3M™ that are specified in the construction market. Once the best materials for the application are selected, they are slit, laminated, or die cut as required.

Cosmetic. Fabrico specializes in manufacturing specialty items for the personal care industry, providing die-cut foam and adhesive products for health and beauty applications.

Marine. Fabrico’s specialty, high-strength adhesives, specialty films, and insulation papers are commonly used in the construction of military vessels, commercial ships, and pleasure craft. Fabrico offers no-slip materials, hook and loop, die-cut rubber, and vibration dampening products for marine applications.

RV and Modular Home Construction. Fabrico provides die-cut foam and vibration dampening materials for this market, providing laminating services using specialty high-strength adhesives for sound deadening applications. In addition, Fabrico offers a full range of structural adhesives for fabric bonding and metal assembly and fabrication.

HVAC. Fabrico uses a full range of materials to support the HVAC manufacturing and installation market. One of the largest converters of specialty tape products in North America, Fabrico converts materials from such world-class vendors as 3M™, Permacel, and Intertape and provides solutions for insulation and structural bonding, both key requirements in this industry.

Sporting and Recreational Products. Fabrico has developed a full line of die-cut foam and adhesive materials for use by the sporting goods and recreational markets. Offering closed and open cell foams with or without adhesives for use in cushioning applications, Fabrico also laminates adhesives to polyurethane, polyethylene, neoprene, and silicone foam.
