Fabrico provides design and manufacturing services in the medical market for wound care, medical devices, and disposables. Fabrico has the capability to convert materials in a fully-equipped Class 7 (10,000) clean room when required.

IV Site and Wound Care. Fabrico specializes in supply chain management of raw materials used in the production of medical grade fabricated composites, incorporating proprietary media into custom wound care dressings. Innovative solutions are available from such leading suppliers as 3M™.

Medical Devices. Fabrico has experience die cutting and converting for medical device manufacturers. From EMI/RFI shielding for electrocardiograms to gaskets, seals, and spacers for vibration, sound, and moisture management, Fabrico can assist in material selection and manufacturing for the industry’s most demanding applications.

Disposables. Fabrico provides diagnostic test strips and carrier frames, composite wound care dressings, medical grade foam tape die cuts, bio-compatible pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes (both woven and non-woven), and hypoallergenic adhesive tapes for cosmetic applications.

Using a broad selection of materials from leading vendors, Fabrico provides valuable assistance in material selection, then laminates and die cuts as required for the application. Leading edge equipment supports emerging technologies.

Labels. Fabrico provides labels that are resistant to high temperature and chemicals. Such materials are ideal for tamper-evident labels used on various medical products. In addition, the Aquaflex 2200 printer allows Fabrico to perform multi-color printing on labels.
