Masking

Masking protects certain product surfaces during manufacturing, and then frequently is discarded. Fabrico engineers understand the masking needs of various industries, and offer a broad range of materials to address these requirements.

Electronics Assembly. Fabrico provides precision slitting for a wide variety of electronics manufacturing materials, including masking tapes and other materials for use in printed circuit board assembly. In addition, Fabrico offers rotary die-cutting and custom die-cutting of these materials to specific shapes to fit any footprint. Adhesive-backed masking kits are available, which put all masking needs for an application on a single peelable liner. This eliminates scrap and minimizes labor, lowering the overall cost to the customer.

Automotive. Fabrico also converts automotive manufacturing materials, such as masking truck headlights, non-glass acrylic plates, and other corrosion- or heat-sensitive surfaces.
