
Bob Thomas President and Chief Operating Officer President and Chief Operating Officer of EIS, Mr. Thomas joined the company in 1999. Prior to joining EIS, he was with Morgan Crucible Plc., a publicly traded British company with headquarters in Windsor, England, where he served as President of the Specialty Chemicals and Products Division for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. From 1973 to 1996 he served in various Senior Management positions at Scott Paper Company and Kimberly Clark Corporation, including Vice President of Scott Away-From-Home Business Asia, based in Hong Kong, and Vice President of the North American Away-From-Home Business, based in Philadelphia.
Mr. Thomas and his wife Pam have three children and reside in Alpharetta, Georgia. He is a 1970 graduate of Western Carolina University and graduated in 1972 from the U.S Military Defense Language Institute. He also studied international marketing at Stanford University in 1987 and served in military intelligence in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973.
Tom Jones Senior Vice President – Manufacturing Named EIS Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and EIS Officer and Executive Committee member in 2007, Mr. Jones has overall sales and operations responsibility at Fabrico’s four manufacturing locations. Prior to his appointment as Executive Officer, he was General Manager of Fabrico from 2005 to 2006. Since joining EIS in 1978, Mr. Jones has held a variety of Senior Management positions, with responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Operations.
A 1976 graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, Mr. Jones began his management career at Milliken.
Craig McClenachan National Sales and Marketing Manager Mr. McClenachan has held this position since October, 2004. Prior to that, he served as Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Fabrico and EIS. Before joining the company in September, 1998, Mr. McClenachan was Marketing and Sales Consultant at American Safety Technologies, Inc. in Roseland, New Jersey. He began his career at R.H. Carlson Company in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he served as Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 1993.
Mr. McClenachan received a Master of Arts in Foreign Policy studies in 1986 from University of Virginia in Charlottesville and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.
Elwin Northcutt Director of Engineering As Director of Engineering at Fabrico, Mr. Northcutt is responsible for equipment and process engineering at Fabrico’s four manufacturing locations. Engineering Manager at Fabrico for seventeen years, Mr. Northcutt is a mechanical engineer with more than forty years of experience in design and development of specialized equipment and process improvement.
Starting his career as design engineer and then engineering manager at Consolidated Foods Corporation (now Sara Lee), Mr. Northcutt went on to work as design engineer for several firms, including Tennessee Eastman Company, before joining EIS.
Mr. Northcutt received his Associate and Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Technical Institute in Marietta, Georgia, and his MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
